Google Pixel 10 Pro, XL Battery and Display Specs Revealed

The upcoming Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL smartphones have seen a fresh round of specification leaks, revealing key hardware details as anticipation builds ahead of their expected August 20 launch.
The Pixel 10 Pro is reported to feature a 6.3-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 1-120Hz adaptive refresh rate and peak brightness reaching 3000 nits, while the high-brightness mode is said to support up to 2250 nits. The larger Pixel 10 Pro XL model will include a 6.8-inch QHD+ AMOLED screen with identical refresh and brightness capabilities. Both displays will come with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection.
Under the hood, the devices are said to run on Google’s Tensor G5 3nm processor, paired with the Titan M2 security chip. RAM configurations will include 16GB LPDDR5X memory, and storage options are expected to range from 128GB on the base Pixel 10 Pro to 1TB for higher-end variants.
The Pixel 10 Pro is expected to carry a 4,870mAh battery, while the Pixel 10 Pro XL may house a 5,200mAh unit, the highest battery capacity in a Pixel device so far. Wired charging speeds are set to improve, with the Pro model supporting 29W and the Pro XL model reaching up to 39W. Both models will also offer 15W Qi2 wireless charging.
Camera hardware will include a triple rear setup: a 50MP main sensor (Samsung GNV, 1/1.31″, OIS, LDAF), a 48MP ultra-wide lens (Sony IMX858, 1/2.51″, macro), and a 48MP 5x telephoto lens (Sony IMX858, OIS, macro). The front camera is expected to feature a 42MP Sony IMX858 sensor with 103° field-of-view and autofocus. Video capabilities include 4K 60fps recording on both front and rear modules, with support for 10-bit HDR and cinematic blur.
Additional specifications include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint reader, temperature sensor, dual SIM (nano + eSIM) support, stereo speakers, USB Type-C audio, and an IP68-rated build for dust and water resistance. Connectivity features span 5G SA/NSA, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4 LE, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C 3.2.
The Pixel 10 series is anticipated to launch on August 20, 2025, with pre-orders beginning the same day and shipments expected to commence by August 28.
